10th Annual Empty Bowl

Empty Bowl’s basic premise is simple: independent potters, arts associations and other groups within the community create handcrafted ceramic bowls. Guests who purchase Adult tickets to a simple meal of soup, bread and dessert donated by area restaurants and they take their selected bowl home with them as a symbol of the hunger and uncertainty homeless families face daily.
Empty Bowl 2019 is taking place on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the beautiful Glendale First United Methodist Church – Carlson Fellowship Hall, between 11:30am and 2:30pm. Consider supporting the event through any of the following methods, purchase lunch tickets, become a sponsor, purchase a program advertisement or donate an opportunity drawing basket.
This years event will highlight key contributors to Family Promise.
